Generally we are not accepting return stuff because of handmade goods , but accidently if you change the decision to cancel your order, You have 60 Minutes to Cancel it after placed an order… so then,
We issue refunds for Contracts within 7 days of the original purchase.

This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales.
If you have any question that is not covered by this policy, you may contact our customer service and support team directly through live chat or email.
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. According to our Bison Cabin Shipping Policy, Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after a 1-hour Canceling period. Use our contact us the page contact form to cancel it immediately …if you couldn’t do that, You can always save it for a gift for someone else if you’ve changed your mind. If there is a problem with your order, let us know ASAP so that we can make things right. We’ll make sure you receive a replacement or exchange if the item is received damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card PayPal or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?
We cover easy and free returns for all domestic and international orders over $250. For all orders below that price, you will have to cover the price of the return.
A few items can’t be returned, including:

- Coupon items
We do not offer refunds due to hygienic reasons.
