Returns
I regret to inform you that I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your purchased product arrives defective, please email me with detailed photographs within 72 hours of receiving the package. I will then provide you with a shipping label to return the item for repair or replacement at no cost to you, based on my assessment.
If 72 hours have passed since the package was delivered, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from me, but the repair or replacement will still be free of charge.
Shipping
-Please make sure your address is correct. You are responsible for ensuring that your address is updated, complete, and accurate. If your address is wrong or incomplete you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost to reship.
-If a parcel is returned because it wasn't picked up, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the re-delivery.
-Items ready-made will ship within 3-5 days of ordering. Tracking will be emailed to you when shipped. If I am out of town and cannot meet this deadline I will email you directly as soon as possible with more information!
-If you need a return address, please email me at bisoncabin91@gmail.com. I do not publicly share my address, as I work from home. Please note that I am not responsible for items lost in transit if they are returned, so I recommend purchasing insurance for those items.
Lost or Delayed Packages
-The parcel has been lost during transit, as it hasn't been tracked for over 40 days. Please note that this situation may not apply if there is an emergency affecting deliveries worldwide. In such cases, I cannot be held responsible for the transit time of your order.
- Please inform me if the tracking information is not updated. I'll contact directly Japan Post to locate the parcel if the package is indeed lost.
- There is a slight delay in carrier services due to extremely high parcel volumes during mid-November, December, and mid-January. As a result, some packages may arrive a few days later than the estimated delivery date provided when we shipped your order. You may also notice that tracking information is unclear or not updated promptly.
so if you see that tracking is not moving after your package has landed in your country, please let me know. I will initiate an inquiry directly with Japan Post.
Order Cancellation
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
BUT,
-Orders that need to be canceled due to buyers not reading the listing, change of mind, wrong address, asking in notes to seller for an unreasonable delivery date, or special requests that have not been discussed with me before you purchase will be subject to a transaction fee.
-I am charged this fee by PayPal for each transaction and do not get it back when a refund is given.
-I reserve the right to cancel orders I do not feel comfortable accepting/ shipping, then I make a full refund. It does not apply to custom orders.

-I welcome custom orders and love bringing unique ideas to life! If you’re interested in a custom leather piece, feel free to contact me or email me at bisoncabin91@gmail.com. I will review your request and let you know if it can be made.
