Once you've placed your deposit order, please DM or email us with all the details and items you’d like to order. Be sure to include your order number and confirmation for reference.

We will respond to your request within 24 hours to finalize your custom design. If you have any specific personalization requests or changes, let us know, and we’ll get back to you within 12 hours.

🔹 Important Note: Deposits are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to cancel your order spot if necessary.

⏳ Turnaround Time: The time required to complete your order depends on the item you selected. The minimum turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, and the maximum is 4 weeks.
